Shipping Terms
Standard shipping for orders $50 and over FREE
Standard shipping for orders under $50.00 $6.99
Shipments will be received within 5-7 business days upon placement of the order.
Returns & 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Items can be returned within 30 days of the original receipt date for a FULL refund. Eligible return items include new and unopened items. Chebeauty does not cover the return costs.
Should you need to cancel your order, we will do our best to accommodate you if we receive an email from you within 2 hours of placing an order at support@chebeauty.com, as long as your order has not already been handed over to the carrier.
Lost Packages or Missing Items
Please note that some carriers will show “delivered” when the parcel arrives at the local facility, rather than to your home address. Kindly wait for the order to be delivered to your home address. If you still cannot locate your order, please check your residential area and/or with your neighbors to locate the parcel. If you still cannot locate your order within 72 hours, please contact support@chebeauty.com or live chat within 30 days from placing your order, and we will file a claim on your behalf. This may take up to 5-10 business days to investigate with the carrier.
Chebeauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages/items that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Chebeauty LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
If you have paid for Navidium Shipping Protection, then Chebeauty LLC will provide you with a replacement order/items free of charge.
Damaged Items
Damaged item claims must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order, along with photo evidence in order to ensure proper resolution.
Please send photos to support@chebeauty.com showing the packaging you received your order in, all the damaged and undamaged items that you received and a clear photo of the packing slip your order came with. Our customer support team will investigate your request and provide you with replacement items free of charge.
