After proceeding to the checkout page, you'll have the opportunity to confirm your subscription. Once confirmed, you'll be automatically charged each month on the card used for the initial purchase. We'll send you an email notification a few days before each charge to remind you about the billing date.
Cancelling Your Subscription
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so through two methods:
- 1. Online: Log in to your account on our website or on the app. On the home page, select the ‘Manage your subscriptions” tab and you will have the option there to cancel your current subscription.
- 2. Contact Us: Reach out to our dedicated customer support team with your account details for assistance and they will make sure to cancel your subscription as soon as possible.
Auto-Renewal and Cancellation Requests
Please note that your subscriptions are set to auto-renew at your chosen intervals during the initial sign-up (e.g. every 30 days, 2 weeks, or 2 months).
To avoid charges for the next period, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 12 hours before your next billing date.
We believe in transparency. You will only be charged for the subscription services you've used up to the cancellation date. There are no hidden cancellation fees involved throughout the entire process.
Upon cancelling, you will receive a confirmation email for a successful cancellation. This will be sent to the email address used to sign up for your account. We recommend keeping this email for your records.
Rejoining Our Service
Should you ever wish to rejoin our subscription service after cancelling, you'll need to sign up again by logging into your account.
